Texas Technology Access Program Director Position (TX UCEDD)

The Texas Technology Access Program is seeking applicants for the Director position. The Director of Texas Technology Access Project (TTAP) is responsible for development, implementation, and reporting of program activities mandated by the Assistive Technology Act of 2004 for the state of Texas. This federal program is statewide, comprehensive, and consumer responsive to Texans with disabilities for their access to and acquisition of assistive technology. See link for more info.

The Texas Technology Access Program (TTAP) is located at the University of Texas at Austin within the Texas Center for Disability Studies, a federally designated University Center of Excellence on Developmental Disabilities. The TTAP leads the state's efforts to carry out the federal Assistive Technology Act of 2004.
