2007 Award Nominations

As we prepare for the AUCD's 2007 Annual Meeting, we have the opportunity to recognize and honor individuals and programs who have made significant contributions to our Network and to the field of developmental disabilities and/or who are deserving of recognition.

During the Annual Meeting, the Association will sponsor an Awards Ceremony and present awards in several categories.

Below please find an overview of the award categories with an award nomination form and a listing of past recipients in each category.

We encourage you to review the award categories and take the time to nominate a deserving person or program per the criteria shared for each category.

A nomination form is provided which can be returned by email to Lu Zeph, faxed to Lu at 207-581-9446, or mailed to Lucille Zeph, Center for Community Inclusion and Disabilities Studies, 5717 Corbett Hall, University of Maine, Orono, ME 04469-5717.

All nominations must be received by September 7, 2007.
