Nisonger Center's Dr. L. Euegene Arnold receives the 2018 George Tarjan Award for Contribution in Developmental Disabilities (OH UCEDD/LEND)

This award recognizes an AACAP (American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry) member who has made significant contributions in a lifetime career or single seminal work to the understanding or care of those with developmental disabilities. AACAP created this award in honor of George Tarjan, MD to recognize his work and encourage others to follow his example. The selection was made by members of the Autism and Intellectual Disabilities Committee and provides distinguished recognition to the recipient by allowing them to present on a specific topic related to the award.

Dr. Arnold will present Neurofeedback research and outcomes for ADHD at AACAP's 65th annual meeting October 22-27, 2018 in Washington, D.C.and an abstract will be included in the 2018 Honors Book. Congratulations Dr. Arnold!
