RRTC on Advancing Employment journal article published in "Research and Practice for Persons with Severe Disabilities" (MA & MN UCEDD/LEND)

Researchers housed at ThinkWork!, the hub for an array of programs related to employment for people with IDD at the Institute for Community Inclusion, published an article in Research and Practice for Persons with Severe Disabilities (RPSD), a critically acclaimed and widely-read journal in the field of disabilities. This article, titled "Building an Evidence-Based, Holistic Approach to Advancing Integrated Employment," presents preliminary findings from activities completed by the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Advancing Employment for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. It discusses a framework for organizing state and federal investments in research, practice, and systems change. 

The authors include ICI staffers Allison Cohen Hall, John Butterworth, Jean Winsor, John Kramer, and Jaimie Timmons as well as Kelly Nye-Lengerman from the University of Minnesota. The article is available online at http://journals.sagepub.com/eprint/7EC3pP5GyHfK7QecIYVf/full.
