National Survey Results about the Dual-Customer Dynamic (MA UCEDD/LEND)

The ICI research team administered the National Survey of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Agencies and Business Relations to further examine state VR agencies' capacity for assessing and meeting business needs. This brief examines findings on VR business relations staffing patterns as reported in the survey and observed from providing technical assistance to VR agencies.
