New Working Paper about Progressive Employment Findings (MA UCEDD/LEND)

ICI staffers from the Explore VR project released the Maine Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Progressive Employment Model Replication and Evaluation Report, a working paper discussing preliminary findings of the Progressive Employment (PE) model implementation in Maine.

The report provides an overview of PE model components, a summary of PE services that were delivered, an impact analysis, a discussion of survey findings, as well as observations and recommendations. The authors of the paper are the ICI's Kelly Haines, Susan Foley, Ngai Kwan, and DeBrittany Mitchell.
