2018 AUCD Board Elections: Seeking Members for Nominating Committee

In order to elect Association members to the AUCD Board of Directors, we first need a Nominating Committee which consists of both Board and network members; at least two (2) individuals from the network are currently being sought to serve on this committee. Members of the Nominating Committee are NOT being nominated to serve on the Board, but rather to serve on the committee that reviews the submissions for people to serve on the Board. Individuals can nominate another individual to serve on the Nominating Committee or can self-nominate.
Tasks of Board Nominating Committee Members
- Participate in one or two conference calls over the summer
- Verify the nomination and election process
- Ensure the election slate represents a diverse set of individuals who have the qualifications and resources to serve on the Board
Requirements of Board Nominating Committee Members
- Must be faculty or staff at an AUCD network member center
- Will not be eligible to be nominated to an open Board at-large position
How to Nominate an Individual (or Self-Nominate) for the Nominating Committee
Submissions for members of this year's AUCD Nominating Committee are due by 5:00pm ET on Friday, May 11, 2018.
