Arkansas (AR) appeared on a local TV Station, KATV 7 News, to promote Nutrition is for Everyone (NIFE) AR and demonstrate a healthy adapted recipe that used in their classes. Nutrition advocate Carly Luck, created Veggie Wraps on live TV and did a fantastic job! KATV 7 News is excited to have her back on air very soon. Watch the NIFE AR segment here .

After the TV appearance, NIFE AR officially launched their first video in their adapted recipe YouTube series, Nutrition is for Everyone Arkansas. Carly Luck led the Veggie Wrap recipe with an instructional video. Check out the link here .

Cooking Matters participants enjoying their Valentine’s Day treats NIFE AR also finished its first six-week adapted Cooking Matters class at Pathfinders, a local disability facility, in Jacksonville, AR. The ten participants had a wonderful time, and all learned new things in the class. Each participant also tried at least one new fruit and vegetable in the class! The class ended by making chocolate covered strawberries as a celebration dessert and to celebrate Valentine's Day.
