January 11, 2018

On December 4, 2017, Mallory Finn, a staff attorney for Project HEAL (Health, Education, Advocacy, and Law) at Kennedy Krieger Institute, received the 2017 Leading Women award from The Daily Record. The Leading Women award honors women who are 40 years old or younger for the tremendous accomplishments they have made so far in their careers.

They are judged on professional experience, community involvement, and their commitment to inspiring change. Mallory has been a full-time staff attorney with Project HEAL, a community-based program of the Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities, since August of 2014. Prior to becoming licensed in Maryland, Mallory worked as a law trainee and volunteer for four semesters of law school. Mallory zealously advocates on behalf of children with disabilities in special education disputes across the state of Maryland.
