The Power of Partnership: Project HEAL and RE/MAX Preferred (MD UCEDD)

June 27, 2017

RE/MAX Preferred hosted its third annual fundraiser to benefit Project HEAL (Health, Education, Advocacy, and Law) at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Project HEAL attorneys provide advocacy and legal services to Kennedy Krieger patients and their families, primarily in special education matters. RE/MAX Preferred hosted The Power of Partnership event at their waterfront office in Fells Point, MD. The event included food, beverages, and entertainment for more than 200 attendees. Advance registration, donations at the door, and raffle prize monies raised $5,630 of unrestricted funds to benefit Project HEAL.

On May 22, 2017, Kennedy Krieger Institute publicly recognized RE/MAX Preferred owners for their longstanding commitment to the Institute with the Henry A. Rosenberg, Jr. Community Spirit Award presented at the Society Party. Since December 2013, the owners and agents of RE/MAX Preferred realtors have donated more than $27,000 of unrestricted funds to Project HEAL, as well as sponsored the annual Power of Partnership event, which raises additional funds.
