AUCD Asks: What Makes America Great?

AUCD conference attendees share what they believe makes America great.

On January 20, 2017 Donald Trump is being inaugurated as President of the United States. His campaign slogan, "Make America Great Again," has inspired many Americans. We congratulate President Trump and look forward to working with the Trump administration on the policy issues that affect the disability community.

At our 2016 conference, we asked: What makes America great? We provided dry erase boards for attendees to write in their own answers. In honor of President Trump's inauguration, we wanted to share responses from people with disabilities, family members, and the dedicated professionals who work with people with disabilities that make up our network.
