Bill Kiernan to Receive 2016 NASDDDS Compass Award (MA UCEDD/LEND)

The ICI's executive director, Bill Kiernan, will be the 2016 recipient of the Robert M. Gettings Compass Award from the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS).
The Compass Award honors people working in the private sector who have made impressive contributions to publicly funded state service systems for people with developmental disabilities.
In her letter notifying Kiernan of his award, Mary Lee Fay, the executive director of NASDDDS, cited his leadership around integrated employment for people with disabilities, in particular through the State Employment Leadership Network (SELN).
