Be aware of fraudulent correspondence to book your room for the Conference!

Some attendees have received a phone call or email from a company claiming to book rooms for the AUCD conference and offering a special discount for hotels. Be advised that AUCD does not have relationships with any outside companies who are authorized to offer you discounts or book your travel or registration. We advise you to not give your personal or financial information to anyone contacting you and claiming to be working on behalf of or in conjunction with AUCD. These are fraudulent companies who will take your money and not secure you a room. Please do not respond to them in any way. Rooms for our conference should only be booked through the link or hotel number provided on our website.
