• Are you attending the 2016 Disability Policy Seminar? Use this group order form to pay and we'll have your shirt waiting for you at the Sunday DPS Trainee Policy Summit. You'll save on shipping.
• Not attending DPS but want shirts for multiple people at your Center? Collect a group of orders and have them mailed to you.
