OAR Invites Proposals for its Annual Applied Research Competition

February 8, 2016

Since the inception of the annual Applied Research Competition in 2002, the Organization for Autism Research (OAR) has spent over $3.3 million in support of autism research. OAR invites researchers to submit pre-proposals by March 28, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST.

Through this competition, OAR will fund 1-2 year studies that expand the body of autism research in a way that produces practical results and offers to enhance the quality of life for persons with autism and their families. Awardees will receive a maximum of $30,000. Researchers interested in applying are encouraged to review the full Request for Proposal and Funding guidelines. Both can be accessed here (http://www.researchautism.org/professionals/grants/index.asp).
