4:00 pm - 5:00pm ET
Location: Zoom Webinar
Webinar Description:
This webinar introduces a new technical assistance (TA) initiative to support the implementation of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Action Plan. The UCEDD Resource Center is accepting applications for coaches and implementors from the UCEDD network to be a part of this TA initiative. Please join us to learn more about the call for coaches and implementors and how to apply. A question and answer period will follow a brief presentation on the TA plans.
Overview of the Plan:
From May 2021 - May 2022, the UCEDD Resource Center will host up to four implementation groups to support the implementation of the ED&I Action Plan. Each implementation group will have 5-8 implementors that meet monthly for 90 minutes. The goal is to provide individualized and peer support tailored to the needs of individual UCEDDs. Implementors will make progress on implementing a part of the ED&I Action Plan within their role and context, attend quarterly webinars, and optionally meet one-on-one with a coach.
Additionally, 3-5 coaches will be hired from the expertise within our network from April-September 2021 to develop materials for the AUCD network, present at webinars, support the content of the implementation groups, and provide individualized coaching to AUCD network members.
