This webinar provided an overview of the importance of planning for transitions as well as the most recent technical assistance activities around UCEDD Director transitions. In response to requests across the network AUCD completed a series of interviews with middle- and upper-management at UCEDDs who have recently experienced director transition. Successful themes and trends determined from these interviews were presented during the webinar. This webinar also presented the recently completed transition guide created by a workgroup of UCEDD leaders to inform university search practices for UCEDD directors.
