This installment of the Admin Essentials Series focused on how to facilitate a welcoming and productive organizational culture in a remote enviornment. We explored creative strategies and promising practices across the AUCD network and discussed the potential transition to a hybrid workplace. Conversation explored both successful efforts and open challenges facing network members. The conversation was facilitated by Karen Heath (Co-Director, University of Alaska Center for Human Development) and David Rotholz (Director, University of South Carolina Center for Disability Resources).
