National healthcare leaders and experts will share their lessons learned and results from person-centered, accountable care models. Attendees will hear from specific states as they discuss their healthcare transformation efforts and discover how evolving alternative payment models will address equity and complex populations.
The LAN Summit is a multi-stakeholder event that brings together providers and health plans, consumers and patients, employers and purchasers, academia, state and federal government officials, members of the media, and other policymakers and advocates for two afternoons of collaborative discussion and collective action around value-based care and the future of payment reform.
