This installment of the Admin Essentials Series focused on professional development and succession planning in a discussion facilitated by Molly Tucker (Training and Advocacy Manager, Georgia State University Center for Leadership in Disability), Mark Crenshaw (Director of Interdisciplinary Training), and Derrick Willis (Director, University of Iowa Center for Disabilities and Development). The call started with Molly Tucker summarizing the new AUCD Leadership Map and Technical Assistance Plan developed by the Georgia State University UCEDD. After this overview, discussion focused on creative strategies and promising practices for future UCEDD leaders.

The Admin Essentials Series is a series of virtual roundtable discussions on pressing administrative questions. It's perfect for UCEDD Directors and Business Managers who are interested in an action-oriented discussion space to problem solve through tough administrative challenges. Each installment will include content from seasoned experts. A tip sheet of resources, strategies, and lessons learned will be developed and disseminated following each discussion.
