Purpose
Mark your calendar and make plans to join a lively discussion on what a health record is, how it is used, and why it is important. The hashtag will be: #OwnMyHealthRecord. Join the discussion on how a health record supports patient rights and access to things needed now, such as a flu shot. Please bring links to your favorite resources and be ready to share during the chat on October 12th at 3:30 p.m. ET.
Chat Guidelines
1. Questions will be posted to Twitter by AUCD. Each question will begin with an identifier such as Q1.
2. Each answer should include two things: an identifier such as A1 so people know which question you're answering, and the chat hashtag # OwnMyHealthRecord so that all parts of the conversation can stick together.
3. When you refresh your Twitter page, make sure it's set to "latest" so you see the latest tweets in the chat.
4. If you do not have a personal Twitter account, please ask if your organization may participate or you may offer to Tweet from your organizational account.
