The Association of University Centers on Disability (AUCD) partners with the Think College National Coordinating Center to support their work in state and federal policy related to inclusive postsecondary education. In this webinar, join the policy team from AUCD to hear more about what is happening in the policy world on inclusive postsecondary education in the states and Washington DC and how program staff and students can be involved.

Siddarth Nagaraj is a Senior Program Specialist at AUCD. He helps design and implements AUCD's international programs sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. This currently includes the Professional Fellows Program on Inclusive Disability Employment (PFP-IDE), which bolsters inclusive employment in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda by facilitating educational exchanges and project collaboration between AUCD network members and emerging disability leaders from East Africa. Siddarth also monitors state level policy and legislation for Think College and the National Coordinating Center.

Denise Rozell, JD, is the Director of Policy Innovation at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD). Denise works primarily on issues affecting youth in post-secondary education, employment, and independent living, including the co-Director for the PROMISE Technical Assistance Center (Promoting Readiness of Minors in Supplemental Security Income). Denise's policy work also includes a focus on inclusive post-secondary education for students with intellectual disabilities in partnership with Think College and employment and transition-age youth in partnership with the University of New Hampshire.

Liz Weintraub, is a Senior Advocacy Specialist, has a long history of leadership in self-advocacy and has held many boards and advisory positions at state and national organizations. She is a full-time member of the AUCD's policy team and also the host of Tuesdays With Liz: Disability Policy For All, where she attempts to make policies in accessible language so the policy is accessible to all. She also leads AUCD's work with Think College on plain language and Emerging Advocates a group, a group for students and alumni in inclusive postsecondary education learning about advocacy and policy
