Webinar Description:

This webinar will address the requirements for UCEDDs to develop core function plans. This webinar features two UCEDDs (Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities at the University of Rochester & North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities at Minot State University) highlighting innovative approaches to how their UCEDD created plans for carrying out the UCEDD core functions.

Learning Objectives:

As a result of participating in this webinar, attendees will be able to:

  • Articulate their responsibilities related to developing 5-year core functions plans as articulated in the DD Act and OIDD guidance.
  • Describe innovative methods to increase UCEDD-community partnerships by clearly and succinctly outlining UCEDD core functions.
  • Apply the lessons learned from the development and formation of 5-year plans of peers in the UCEDD network to their own center's efforts.
