This webinar introduced UCEDD, LEND, DBP, PPC, and LEAH Directors and Data Coordinators to the changes made in the FY 2020 iteration of NIRS. During the webinar, participants were provided live demonstrations of all recently updated features and had opportunities to ask questions.

Presenter:
Natalie Martinez is the Data Support Manager for the MCH and UCEDD Technical Assistance Teams. She will be supporting the NIRS database and assisting UCEDD, LEND and MCH clients with technical assistance and data retrieval. Prior to AUCD, Natalie spent five years as the Data Coordinator at the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD) supporting the Support Intensity Scale (SIS) Department, working on various SIS pilots and projects including SISOnline, SIS- A and SIS-C. Natalie has a BA in Political Science and History from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
Oksana Klimova is the Director of Web Services at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD). Oksana directs and oversees all aspects of AUCD's web systems in support of the association and network's strategic goals and priorities. She is responsible for creative design and development, from conception of prototype concepts through final programming, for all areas of online design, including association websites, extranet, online applications, online reporting systems and online marketing website. Oksana helps identify appropriate internet technologies to meet objectives and assist in implementation of web services.
