The UCEDD Directors Retreat is a focused, 6-hour meeting that provides an opportunity for network and central office leadership to discuss topics of critical importance to the UCEDD network, outside the presence of federal funders.

To honor the feedback we received from past retreats, we've made the following changes:

• The 2019 retreat has been extended by two hours to allow more time for in-depth discussion, and will run from 10 am to 4 pm on Tuesday, March 19.
• We are offering a "Meeting Only" option, which allows you to register for the Directors' Retreat only. If you wish to attend the AUCD Gala as well, please register for the "Full Day" option.

The TA Institute provides an opportunity for UCEDD leaders to network, meet with their federal project officers, and learn of new initiatives, national trends, and other information vital to the administration of the UCEDD programs.

In lieu of a welcome reception on Tuesday March 19th, all Directors' Retreat and TA Institute participants are invited to attend the AUCD Gala that same evening from 6-10pm, which will be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.

The Madison is located three blocks north of the White House on 15th Street and M Street, in Downtown, DC. The hotel is easily accessible to three different Metro Stations: Farragut North (Red Line), Farragut West (Blue, Orange and Silver Lines), and McPherson Square (Blue & Orange and Silver Lines). The Madison is also approximately 6 blocks from the Washington Convention Center.

The hotel offers valet parking only. Please note that M street is a one way street, and can be approached from Thomas Circle to turn left on 15th.

To accommodate those that have mild to severe sensitivities to chemicals and fragrances, we request that participants please refrain from wearing colognes, perfumes or other scented or chemical products before or during the event.
