Webinar Descriptions:
This webinar will offer interested potential applicants an opportunity to interact with Academy faculty and alumni. The webinar will feature a brief overview of the 2018 Academy curriculum and timeline (25 minutes).
This will be followed by reflections from alumni about the benefits they gained from participation in the weeklong academy and the follow-up activities (20 minutes). Alumni also will discuss the value of the following:
- Continuing vital conversations through post Academy webinars;
- Staying connected to colleagues and Academy faculty through leadership ally calls;
- Taking the learning back to their center and other professional contexts through relationships with leadership mentors;
- Reflecting on impact of leadership work and intentional action on their personal and professional trajectories
This will be followed by a time for questions from potential applicants to the 2018 AUCD Leadership Academy (15 minutes) .
