2008 Presidential Forum on Disability Issues

This event was the first-ever nonpartisan, cross-disability Presidential candidates' forum during the general election cycle. The Forum featured Senator John McCain, Obama surrogate Senator Tom Harkin, actor Robert David Hall (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation), and Moderator Judy Woodruff (PBS: "The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer"). The Forum was sponsored by AAPD and AUCD, as well as network member the Nisonger Center and others.
