Kermon began her career in leadership as a Self-Advocacy Trainee in the North Carolina LEND Program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (UNC-CH). She has extensive experience as an education coach for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, having developed curricula related to skill development, leadership, self-advocacy, and life transitions for this population. She is currently the Advocacy Faculty for Arizona LEND at the University of Arizona, Tucson and a consultant to the TEACCH Autism Program, UNC-CH. =0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0AJaclyn Larson, Advocacy and Family Discipline Faculty, Arizona LEND, =0D=0A=0D=0AJaclyn Larson serves as Advocacy and Family discipline faculty for the University of Arizona Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (ArizonaLEND) program. She will earn her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Public Health Policy and Management at the University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health in December of 2023.=0D=0A=0D=0AMs. Larson completed an ArizonaLEND fellowship in 2015 and has served as faculty since 2016. She also serves as the Parent Representative on the Board of Directors at Children’s Clinics and Chair of the Patient and Family Advisory Board where she works to improve the quality of health care for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families.=0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0AMark Crenshaw, MTS, Director of Interdisciplinary Training, Georgia LEND=0D=0A=0D=0AMark is the Director of Interdisciplinary Training at the Center for Leadership in Disability at Georgia State University. Since 2011, he has been responsible for the implementation and coordination of Georgia LEND. Georgia LEND has prioritized the inclusion of advocate trainees since its inception, and in addition to serving as the Training Director, Mark also served as the Self-Advocate Faculty member for several years. Mark is also a core faculty member for the AUCD Leadership Academy, which has been facilitated by Georgia State University since 2017.=0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0AMolly Tucker, MSW, Training and Advocacy Manager, Georgia LEND=0D=0A=0D=0AMolly is the Training and Advocacy Manager at the Center for Leadership in Disability at Georgia State University. She is responsible for the facilitation and coordination of leadership development and self-advocacy programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is a member of the Georgia LEND implementation team.
