In particular, the webinar will discuss why the single group pre-post comparison design used to evaluate child outcomes does not demonstrate that EI services are responsible for improvements in children’s functioning. She has worked in early intervention as a clinician, researcher, and in personnel preparation for children with developmental disabilities for over 40 years. This work began at Peabody College/Vanderbilt University where she did her graduate work. She has worked at the UCEDD's in Nebraska, South Carolina and Colorado where she served as Director for 23 years. Much of her work in examining strategies of early intervention has been done with her husband and colleague Steven Rosenberg, PhD, who is the first author on the article we are discussing today.=0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0ASteven Rosenberg, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist on the faculty of the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
