The Boling Center COE was launched in 2002 to assist the Department of Children's Services (DCS) and community providers in improving behavioral health services for children in or at risk of state custody. In 2007, the COEs were given additional funding to initiate the COE Best Practices Collaborative, a project designed to disseminate models of treatment that have been proven to be effective in addressing the impact of trauma, attachment disruption, and other problems resulting from child abuse and neglect. Since then, the Best Practices Collaborative has completed four Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Learning Collaboratives and has used the Learning Collaborative model to disseminate additional evidence-based practices. The presentation will focus on the coordination of the statewide dissemination efforts of the BPC and lessons learned regarding sustainability planning.=0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0ASpeaker:=0D=0A=0D=0A Janet Todd, PhD=0D=0A=0D=0AJanet Todd is a Psychologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities in Memphis.
