However, statistics and experience show that many of the people we support will be sexually abused at some point in their lives. Protecting them from sexual information and experiences only heightens the danger and confusion. In this session we will explore some realities around sexual abuse and how we can mitigate the impact through teaching about sexuality and self-protection across the lifespan.
