Leaders will be expected to briefly and informally present their material as an example in the first 5 minutes, then facilitate a relevant discussion among participants for the remaining time. One presenter with up to 10 attendees will be at each roundtable. Presenter or designated presenting representative will be expected to stay at the same roundtable and lead a second discussion on the same topic twice in each roundtable session.Poster Presentations=0D=0ASet up: 12-3pm Thursday. =0D=0AOpen poster reception: 5-7pm Thursday. =0D=0ATake-down: 1-2pm Friday. =0D=0AIt is expected that posters will remain on display from 3pm Thursday - 1pm Friday.Poster space includes:One tabletop space of 3' deep x 6' long, with a tablecloth (see sample images from a previous conference: photo 1; photo 2; photo 3; photo 4; photo 5; photo 6)One 8' wide x 4' tall (from the top of the table) poster board behind the table. The board is medium grey in color and allows for pushpins, t-pins, tape, and velcro attachments.Presenters are responsible for the production and replication of their own handouts. AUCD will have a limited number of pushpins, velcro strips, and T-pins available for hanging your poster.
