AUCD 2006 ANNUAL MEETING CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

AUCD 2006 Annual Meeting Call for Participation.  The AUCD Program Planning Committee and Royal Walker, Jr. (Program Chairperson) announces the Call for Participation for the 2006 Annual Meeting and Conference, October 29–November 1 in Washington, DC .  This year's theme is Forging New Partnerships for New Challenges through Research, Education and Service.  For complete details please visit the AUCD website. All proposals must be submitted electronically.  Deadline for submission of proposals is June 1, 2006.

The ADD TA Institute and UCEDD Directors Retreat Meetings will be held May 11–12, 2006 in Washington, DC .  Contact Maggie Nygren for more information.

AUCD announces a newly designed AUCD Children's SSI Initiative web page. Learn about past and current activities, access reports and resources and find out which centers have participated in the different components of this work. DDRC Web Portal.  AUCD will be launching the Developmental Disability Research Centers (DDRC) Web Portal during the week of April 17.  AUCD has been working with NICHD to develop a Web-based portal to create an interactive, online community for the DDRCs to share information, collaborate and leverage the resources and expertise available throughout the network.
