The project will organize a reverse job fair at Honolulu and expand the concept to Hawaii County, Maui County, and Kauai County in year 2020 and annually thereafter. In additional, annually the project will sponsor 10 HR managers & 10 young adults to attend the Pacific Rim International Conference on Disability & Diversity (Pac Rim Conference). The proposed project activities aim to improve employment outcome for transition-aged youth with disabilities (between the ages of 16 and 25), and help employer break down barriers in hiring youth with disabilities.
