| UW ECHO Network for Secondary Transition will develop and provide ongoing support for educators and other professionals working with students transitioning from the K-12 education systems into postsecondary, employment and community living settings. The UW ECHO in Transition network will provide opportunities for family engagement and student inclusion as part of the didactic trainings as well as through case presentation and co-management. | |||
