Customized Employment strategies are used to assist individuals with significant disabilities to obtain competitive, integrated employment. Participants will learn how to complete the discovery process and develop a vocational profile and a person-centered employment plan. Case studies for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Serious Psychiatric Disabilities are provided. Participants will explore job development strategies based on the vocational profile.
