Utilize Marc Gold and Associates curriculum to provide training and certification in Discovery, Customized Employment Job Development and Systematic Instruction to Pennsylvania providers interested in offering these supported employment services to ODP eligible service recipients across Pennsylvania. The project will mentor individual certification in PA and provide information, training, and technical assistance to individuals, families, employers, support coordinators and providers interested in implementing these service modes of employment across the state. Coordinate and provide MG&A Discovery, Customized Employment Job Development and Systematic Instruction certification training across the state to support interested individuals. Coordinate and provide regional training for supports coordinators, individual, families, school personnel business and employers ant other interested individuals to promote a climate that is hospitable to hiring and successful retention of workers. Retain a cohort of certified consultants who will mentor provider staff who are seeking to become certified in Discovery. Coordinate with ODP and County Administrative Entities (CAE) to identify recent graduates who are interested in employment. |
