Vita/Bio

Ivania Mangas provides program support for all faculty, staff, trainees and fellows of the VT LEND program. Responsibilities include maintaining all clinical and operational records, databases, web site, resource library, communication and other logistics operation. She has a background in Special Education. Before joining VT LEND team, Ivania worked as the Multicultural Youth Program Associate at Spectrum Youth and Family Services. She provided support and advocacy for youth ages 14 to 24 years old who self-identify as Multicultural. Ivania speaks Spanish, French and English and now learning American Sign Language.
