Alison Martin, PhD, is the Assessment & Evaluation Coordinator for the Oregon Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Needs, the state's Title V block grant agency. Martin is also an
evaluation consultant for the UCEDD. Her focus includes evaluation and applied research design for community-based interventions that promote youth well-being.
