What is the AUCD Emerging Leaders Community (ELC)?

The AUCD Emerging Leaders Community includes current trainees, former (i.e. alumni) trainees, and early career professionals, including self-advocates, family members, and others that are relatively new to the disability field. This group of passionate individuals from every U.S. state and territory grows by the thousands each year. The AUCD network is proud to be your professional home – a place where you can learn about important issues in the disability world, connect with others, get involved, and grow as a leader, with the ultimate goal of positively impacting the lives of people with disabilities and their families.
