Disability and Health Data System (DHDS): Using Data to Take Action

Join Dr. Qi Cheng, a lead analyst from CDC/NCBDDD as she shares the 2021 Disability and Health Data System (DHDS) release. State examples on how they are using DHDS will be highlighted from Florida and Ohio. Attendees will hear a brief introduction of the DHDS database and a summary key findings in the 2019 DHDS update. Opportunities with the National COVID Cohort Collaborative

This informational session about the National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C) will discuss the largest limited electronic health record data set in the US and opportunities for collaborative research within the AUCD network as part of the Lifespan Disability Domain. The N3C aims to improve the efficiency and accessibility of analyses using a very large patient-level COVID-19 clinical dataset and demonstrate a novel approach for collaborative pandemic data sharing.
