The 2020 Mountain State Conference on Disabilities, which was scheduled to take place at Canaan Valley, Resort in Davis, WV, will now be an all-virtual event. The virtual conference will take place September 28-29, 2020 via Zoom online meeting software.

2022 Texas Transition Conference
This year, we are offering the option to attend a live conference or online. We will be limiting the number of people who attend live to 360. This will allow for social distancing. TTC 2022 will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center.

2022 State-of-the-Science on Disability Statistics
Out of concern for the health and wellness of our community, StatsRRTC has postponed the State-of-the-Science on Disability Statistics Conference to October 6 - 7, 2022. This hybrid event will be streamed online via Zoom and held in-person at the Holiday Inn, 550 C St SW, Washington, DC 20024. Registration will open after the Release of the Annual Disability Statistics Collection Webinar.

Think College Awareness Week: College is for Everyone
Join us as we kick off the "Think Higher. Think College." public awareness campaign to expand access to college for students with intellectual disability. This weeklong celebration will take place between April 24-28, 2023 and will feature daily virtual learning events for students, families, educators, transition professionals, and higher education personnel. All events are free and open to the public.

24th Annual Chronic Illness and Disability Conference: Transition from Pediatric to Adult-Based Care
Because of increased awareness of transitioning to adult-based care, clinicians are required to update their knowledge of the changing strategies for integrating emerging adult-based care into practice. For all conference participants, there will be a discussion of the legal issues involved in healthcare transition, as well as time to meet and talk with faculty in small groups, exchange ideas among participants, and share knowledge and information about how best to plan for a successful transition to adulthood.
