This session of the Admin Essentials Series discussed UCEDD organization and how to approach reorganizing centers. This discussion is intended to assist UCEDDs who are considering how to operate most efficiently and effectively for conducting the four core functions. This conversation is timed to coincide with the release of an updated AUCD Library of UCEDD organizational charts.

The roundtable discussion was facilitated by current UCEDD Directors with experience with UCEDD organization and reorganization: Wendy Parent-Johnson (Sonoran University Center for Excellence in Disabilities - the University of Arizona) and Marcia Moriarta (Center for Development and Disability - University of New Mexico).
