The Summit 2011 "Real Jobs--- It's Everyone's Business" aims to increase the number of people with intellectual disabilities in the workforce. By providing innovate approaches to created integrated employment, this interactive conference will encourage attendees to seek a successful career of their choosing. The Summit will include several speakers from Federal Agencies and Government Agencies to provide information on how to make employment a reality.

The goal of of the campaign is to double the employment rate for people with developmental disabilities by 2015.
