This session will identify promising practices for involving stakeholders - from the private sector to community-based advocates to individuals - in the effort to build and sustain effective public policy. Ms. Otto will lay out a framework for the public policy continuum and provide concrete strategies for engaging and building effective partnerships with stakeholders throughout the process.
