Sarah Hoover, Ed.D. Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Cambridge, MA,, B.A. Psychology, Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr, PA. Senior Instructor, Director of Community Education, JFK Partners, Department of Pediatrics, University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Sarah has led family support, early intervention and multi-systemic and community collaborations around children and families statewide with public and non-profit organizations since 1991. She has directed initiatives and consulted nationally on projects with a focus on effective coordination of supports and services for young children and their families, community and systemic improvement, professional development, and policy changes. Current work includes directing the technical assistance and training component of a state early childhood mental health consultation initiative, and implementation of the professional development goals of Colorado's Strategic Plan for Early Childhood Mental Health. Her work also involves improvements in individualized planning, care coordination, and integration of mental health care in other systems. Sarah is on the Colorado Center for Social Emotional Competence and Inclusion State Leadership Team, and has led technical assistance, training, professional development and policy initiatives to strengthen inclusive practices for children in child care settings. Sarah co-authored Colorado's Strategic Plan for Early Childhood Mental Health, and has been instrumental in connecting early childhood developmental and social-emotional health to Colorado's early childhood system and the Colorado Early Childhood Framework.
