2003-present Clinical Associate Professor, University of Pittsburgh, School of Education, Department of Administrative & Policy Studies, School Leadership Program

1998-present Educational Co-Director & Core faculty member, UCLID (University Community Leaders and Individuals with Disabilities). A four-year project that encourages trainees interested in educational services and school reform to interface with a new effort to provide interdisciplinary leadership training in neurodevelopmental disabilities for related service personnel and health care providers. Responsible for the redesign of the curriculum, the content of the Orientation Sessions and the Fall and Spring Leadership Courses and the assessment of the UCLID trainees and the UCLID program.

1997-present Core Faculty, UCLID (University Community Leaders and Individuals with Disabilities), UCLID Center at the University of Pittsburgh, Rangos Research Center, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
