Paula Sotnik completed her Graduate Study and Certificate Program in Human Service Management at Lesley College. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Social work and Psychology at Rhode Island College.

Vita/Bio
Paula Sotnik, Director of Community Capacity Building Projects at the Institute for Community Inclusion at UMASS Boston has 25 years experience as director, curriculum developer, trainer, diversity and disability specialist. She oversees the National Service Inclusion Project, a CNCS training and TA project on disability inclusion. Paula also oversees projects that support culturally diverse grassroots communities to enhance inclusion. She serves as trainer and author on Culture Brokering for an international rehabilitation project and consults on outreach and services to people from diverse cultural backgrounds. She has published in the areas of diversity, disability and capacity development of faith and community organizations. Paula has one son, a GWU "soon to be" graduate, and three furry "kids"!
