Rebecca Dosch Brown serves as The University of Minnesota LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities) Program and Data Coordinator. MNLEND is an interdisciplinary training program spanning 18+ disciplines across The University of Minnesota and community, funded by the U.S. Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB). She provides day-to-day operational, technical, curricular, and editorial support to the MNLEND Director, faculty, and trainees.

Her work background spans teaching, research, advising, editing, and writing in the areas of disability history, societal inclusion, culturally-responsive education, indigenous rights, and community organizing. She is currently enrolled in the Public Affairs PhD program at the University of Minnesota Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Policy, where she is focusing on the constructs of race, disability, and normality.
