Vita/Bio
Dr. Spencer is a certified school psychologist, a board certified behavior analyst, and an early childhood special educator. She has taught courses on effective assessment and instruction, curriculum development, and language and literacy. Dr. Spencer has worked in schools and homes of young children with disabilities for 10 years and has recently converted her applied experience into research and program development.
